I didn't read about this in a book. I built it to save my own businesses.
Hey — Nick here. A little honesty: I'm not a software company. I'm an operator. I run a towing company, a luxury rental company, and a creative studio right here in Athens — and a couple years ago the admin was eating me alive. A dozen subscriptions, a pile of middleman apps, and hours every week of mind-numbing data entry I couldn't afford to hand off.
So I built my own way out. Over a few days — with AI doing the heavy lifting and me making the calls — I stood up a self-hosted Business Operating System: one private brain that remembers every email, document, bill, and calendar event across all my companies, with its own accountant, billing assistant, marketing helper, and a digital security guard watching over it. My CFO, COO, and CTO, basically — for about the cost of the power to run it.
It worked. It cut out the middleman software I'd been renting for hundreds a month, kept my books current every day, and gave me back hours of my week — the one thing you can't buy more of. I'm not a tech person. Is this really for me?
Yes — that's the whole point. You don't need to be technical. We handle the complicated parts and teach you the rest in plain English, at your pace, until running it feels easy.
Is my business data safe and private?
Yes. Your system is self-hosted — it runs on infrastructure you own or that we set up for you privately. Your data isn't sold, shared, or fed to anyone else's product. You're in control of it.
Will I get locked into a contract or a tool I can't leave?
No. There are no long contracts. Support is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime — and you keep everything we built. You own the system, not us.
I already use QuickBooks (or other software). Do I have to replace it?
Usually not. We connect to the tools you already rely on and automate around them. We only suggest replacing something when it's clearly costing you more than it's worth — and we'll show you the math first.
How fast will I see a difference?
