Hey — Nick here. A little honesty: I'm not a software company. I'm an operator. I run a towing company, a luxury rental company, and a creative studio right here in Athens — and a couple years ago the admin was eating me alive. A dozen subscriptions, a pile of middleman apps, and hours every week of mind-numbing data entry I couldn't afford to hand off.
So I built my own way out. Over a few days — with AI doing the heavy lifting and me making the calls — I stood up a self-hosted Business Operating System: one private brain that remembers every email, document, bill, and calendar event across all my companies, with its own accountant, billing assistant, marketing helper, and a digital security guard watching over it. My CFO, COO, and CTO, basically — for about the cost of the power to run it.
It worked. It cut out the middleman software I'd been renting for hundreds a month, kept my books current every day, and gave me back hours of my week — the one thing you can't buy more of.
